Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the 114 Amanah and Ramadan automated giving?

The 114 Amanah is a 12-month commitment of £30 per month to help sustain the masjid's essential running costs for the year ahead. Ramadan automated giving is separate and runs only during Ramadan (or the last 10 nights), allowing you to give daily without missing the reward.

Can I join both the 114 Amanah and Ramadan automated giving?

The 114 Amanah is designed as a dedicated 12-month commitment. If you are part of the 114, your pledge already sustains the masjid's operations. If you would like to increase your giving during Ramadan, you may do so alongside it — but the 114 Amanah itself is a standalone commitment.

What if I miss a payment?

We understand that circumstances change. There is no penalty for a missed payment — your pledge is based on best efforts, and you can resume or make up payments whenever you're able.

Does the 114 Amanah end after 12 months?

Yes. The commitment runs for 12 months from the date you begin. After that period, it does not automatically renew unless you choose to continue.

What if my circumstances change and I can no longer afford it?

We understand that situations change. You can cancel your pledge at any time by contacting us or managing it through your payment provider. This amanah is based on sincerity, not pressure.
